Deborah has dedicated eighteen consecutive years of her life to the field of recruitment. After serving her apprenticeship at Blue Arrow Recruitment where she was named Top Permanent Recruiter for four consecutive years, Deborah went on to start Lamb Personnel which over the past thirteen years it has become one of the leading permanent and temporary agencies in SW London.  Deborah holds a Bachelors degree in English and Media and in her (sadly limited) spare time, she enjoys cooking, travel, Zumba and spending time with her family and friends.

Fun Fact:  Deborah, is a very proud mum to her young daughter and enjoys taking her to ballet classes, swimming and playdates!

Turlough leads the Commercial and Operational side of Lamb Personnel Ltd, covering Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.  Turlough has a genuine interest in all business-related technology and is always striving for ways to make the recruitment operational process function better whilst offering a better candidate and client experience. Turlough holds a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Business and Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), and in his spare time, he enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Fun Fact: Turlough once lived in Sydney Australia, and during his time there, he entered a poetry competition, won a boat, and sailed it around Sydney Harbour. Turlough is also a proud dad to his young daughter.

 

Kate McLoughlin

Branch Manager

Kate has 8 years of recruitment experience, 5 years at management level, specialising in the commercial sector.  She has worked on large volume staffing projects and has helped to increase headcount and staff retention for many of her clients. Kate has knowledge of both permanent and temporary staffing and is committed to going above and beyond for her candidates and clients, offering on-site candidate check-ins, candidate interview prep and pre-screen interviewing to name but a few.

Fun Fact: At weekends, Kate runs a successful children's party business, Royal Parties, dressing up as all sorts of fun characters. Kate also has two children and enjoys taking her dog "Ivy" for long walks.

Bernadette started her recruitment career with an international oil and gas consultancy in an administrative role, before changing over to resourcing. She eventually went on to manage the UK recruitment division. Bernadette has worked in various areas of recruitment, including private staffing, hospitality and commercial agencies. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Musical Theater from Buckinghamshire University, and outside of work, Bernadette enjoys baking, going to the theatre and spending time with family and friends. Bernadette excels at helping candidates successfully transition to the next stage of their career, whilst helping our clients find talented employees.

Fun Fact: Bernadette loves baking in her spare time with her young daughter. She also helps Kate out as an occasional 'Princess' at her 'Royal Parties', when she has the opportunity.

Aimee's career started in the advertising and marketing sector, before moving into the health and fitness industry, where she discovered her flair for sales and customer service. Aimee always enjoys meeting people and her first experience in recruitment was working on some in-house roles. In 2014 Aimee decided to make recruitment her main career path.

Aimee is genuinely a people person and loves to help candidates find their dream jobs, offering advice and helping them to get there.

Fun Fact: In 2002, Aimee and her partner bought a medieval house in France and restored it into a bed and breakfast. Aimee is also a busy mum to a teenage son.

Katie Cornelius

Katie first starting working in recruitment in Sydney, Australia - focusing on permanent recruitment within the business support team. Her specialist areas were in the IT, Marketing, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industries where she placed candidates of all levels into business support positions. Katie is extremely passionate about helping individuals & businesses to succeed. More recently Katie has worked as an account manager supporting her portfolio of clients using a talent management platform solution to meet their individual changing and often challenging requirements. This has meant working directly with CEO's, HR, Operations and many Recruitment and Training Departments.

Fun Fact: In between all of the above Katie also juggles two children aged 3 years and 4 years old, which is as exhausting as it sounds!

Edwin Mason

Technical Resourcing Director

Edwin Mason leads our Technical Resourcing Division.  Edwin has held a number of senior cloud and technology leadership roles in a number of major global organisations including Vodafone, Easynet and Rackspace.

Edwin has hired and personally managed 100s of technical support staff at all levels over the past 10 years.

As well as having a native understanding of IT, Edwin has ‘hands-on’ experience and knowledge of hiring for the right ‘culture fit’ not just the technical skillset.
