Customer Service Executive. – Twickenham 

Salary: up to £24,000

We have a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients who are a well-established, exciting, and fun services business to work with based in Twickenham.

This role is a permanent role Monday – Friday

• Position providing customer support over the phone
• Receiving incoming calls from clients wishing to inquire about or modify their insurance
• Additionally, it will be necessary to make outbound calls to consumers to follow up on any unfinished business from their insurance.
• When working in the customer service area, you must pay extraordinary attention to detail and provide the highest calibre of service.
• In order to provide your clients the best service possible, you will also be expected to communicate with internal stakeholders and various insurance partners.
• The ideal applicant will possess a strong can-do attitude and feel at ease in a contact center atmosphere.
• Additionally, you’ll be willing to pitch in elsewhere and go above and beyond to ensure the company’s success.

Snapshot of skills and experiences

 

• Experience with Word and Excel (intermediate level)
• Experience in the insurance business desirable
• Calls made over the phone, both inbound and outbound
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
• Ability to adapt requirements to fit the needs of the business while being a team player
• Experience of working for and attaining goals and objectives
