Price will obviously be a consideration when you decide to recruit temporary staff.
You may find though, not all temporary recruitment agencies quote on the same basis.
We operate on the hourly rate that we both agree, and this is all you pay.
This means we takes care of the Temporary Employees holiday pay, non worked public holiday pay, pension, sick and bereavement leave, special leave, PAYE tax etc. and any bonuses or discretionary payments, payroll administration and the cost of staff acquisition, retention and management.
While some temporary recruitment agencies may operate on higher margins, rates can also vary due to the differences in the calibre of person that each agency considers most suitable to fulfil a given position.
All we ask is that you treat our temping and contract staff with the same respect and care you would your own employees.
