Non-Managed Deposit Return Coordinator : Richmond – £22-£23k 

We are currently recruiting for a co-ordinator, to assist with deposit returns for the company’s non-managed property rentals. Our client is a highly successful international property services organisation. Employees are at the heart of the company and are looked after to ensure they are happy, challenged, motivated and rewarded. This role would suit anyone with a strong customer service / administrative / lettings background, who is keen to find a long-term position.  Excellent communication, geography and organisation skills are essential.

Hours of Business : Monday to Friday : 9.00 -6.00

Key Accountabilities

The key areas of the job involve:

· Proactive communication with tenants and landlord before the end of tenancy to ensure a smooth checkout and minimise potential dilapidations.
· Re-assuring and establishing a good line of communication for all parties on the day of checkout.
· Reviewing and collating authorised deposit release from all parties to the contract once agreement has been reached.
· Proactive communication with all parties once the tenancy has concluded.
· Ensuring all deposit regulations are met when distributing the tenant’s deposit.
· Working closely with all of the company’s lettings offices as well as the accounts department.
· KPI’s for time each deposits is open is focused on, as well as constant communication.
· Updating the TDS website and closing deposit accounts as necessary
· Weekly reporting to Local Office

General:

· Ensuring all Management systems are kept up to date and maintained
· Delivering excellent customer service at all times
· Depending on experience, small portfolio of dealing with managed clients and negotiating the distribution of the deposit.

· Good team player with a flexible approach to work
· Must have a strong work and service ethic and ability to work with targets
· Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
· Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Office
· Strong negotiation skills
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Strong organisational skills
· Confident when dealing with clients
· Excellent telephone manner
· ARLA Licensed or hold NFOPP Technical Award preferred but not essential
